The guild leaders of the Pale Rose, the official guild of Asteria.
Pandora the female Decidueye:

For all her life, the topmost leader in Asteria has lived in and rarely gone far from the borders of the forest city. She is more interested in having fun on her terms, but is by no means a thrill-seeker and is in fact more willing to put in the effort to avoid responsibility than to participate in the demands expected of her as a guild leader. Like anyone else, she dislikes being inconvenienced and will make that fact clear if she can do so without encouraging conflict. Being a resident of Asteria, she has also been involved in more than a few uncivil dealings, including one in which she flaked on paying money to someone who wasn’t about to let her get away with ripping them off, resulting in the injury she now bears on her left eye.

Despite this, she’s managed to get by just fine in the Pale Rose guild on her charisma alone. Pandora is loud and enchanting, she has a quick wit and good intuition for saying exactly what someone wants to hear. Her silver tongue and sharp mind have enabled her to hold her position steadily, granting her the courage to dabble in lies and bribery (for example, she claims that her scars were actually caused by a wild feral in the line of duty - quite a different story from the truth). There has been talk that the city has undergone some kind of shift since Pandora took leadership there, but nobody can say just what.

Try not to be too harsh on Pandora, though. She was specifically chosen as guild leader on good faith by Reiko, and with Ebony and Ezra by her side everyone can plainly see that Asteria City is still standing, at least for now.

Ebony the female Grumpig:

Even as a youngster, Ebony was a fiery girl with a drive to lead and the force of will to have things match her own personal standards. While she was always acting in the best interests of everyone involved, her attitude would often come off as selfish and made her frustrating to deal with, save for one Shelmet who quickly became her closest friend.

Despite the many years she's lived since then, Ebony has kept that fire inside her while serving as the opinionated second leader of Asteria’s Pale Rose guild and organizer of events for the city. Ebony's spirit hasn't been particularly tempered, but she has an unusual balance with her coworkers through Ezra's stalwart patience and calm, and Pandora's charming aloofness to her more explosive rants. While this manner of work is strange to outsiders, the three Asterian leaders do their work quite efficiently.

Ezra the male Accelgor:

Ezra is a polite and reserved Accelgor and is the third leader of Asteria’s Pale Roses guild, head of the city’s finances.

As a kid, Ezra would often spend his time away from others, content with just watching the busy world around him. However, he met a persistent Spoink named Ebony who would keep coming to talk to him, to his bemusement, and after a while she officially began to call him her friend. He enjoyed the other’s company and eventually opened up to her, leading to all sorts of adventures that he got roped into over the course of their lives, and even into adulthood she would include him in her exploits until at last they signed on to help run the local guild, Asteria City’s Pale Rose.

One of the 3 leaders for Asteria City, Ezra keeps the city’s finances in check. He’ll often suggest or drop hints about better uses of money to Pandora, knowing of her shifty gambling problem, but is usually ignored. Although his job can be very taxing and stressful, and often leads to a lack of sleep, he will still say he enjoys his job, knowing that he’s helping in keeping the city running. Despite his stern appearance, Ezra is a kind-hearted, patient ‘mon with a great listening ear. He also has a sense of humor that’s usually overlooked or not appreciated by his colleagues, consisting mainly of money puns. He’s most at peace when it’s raining and can usually be found outside when dreary weather hits.
