The first thing that drew my attention to this picture was the model's expression — especially her captivating eyes. By the way, the fact that those turquoise tones in the background harmonize with her eyes, adds a really nice touch.
I find the composition pleasing and in my opinion the square format works very well for this shot. Lighting and exposure are fine, as are colors and contrasts.
The way I see it, there's only one tiny flaw: You obviously used a large aperture in order to get a small DOF, which helps to separate the model from the background. However, this also caused her right eye to be slightly out of focus. Other than that, it's a great shot which certainly does justice to the beautiful model.

The girl is so unbelivably beautifull! And I rarly say this so entusiatic!!!
The picture is also great, the colors are so soft, but strong at the same time, just like her, in my opinion. It's like she is a warrior, but still very feminine. I would like to draw her someday! May I?
