This is great! you have captured the feeling of the character and his hard work in a great manner, but I think you could have used a little more time in making the muscles more realistic or adjusting the drawing so that it fits the style of the One Piece manga style in drawing. This is great already, but my nerdy parts had to comment. Keep going, my friend, you can go far.
