ok for those who don't know sister thornly. she is from the cartoon network cartoon time squad and she was the caretaker of the orphanage where otto lived. she would be on my top worst characters since she doesn't treat children fairly and forces them to do dangerous stuff. what if otto along with larry and tudrussel along with the kids from the orphanage sent her to judge trudy. here is a scene
judge trudy: ok now otto osworth. it seems you and your friends larry and tudrussel along with some kids from the orphanage got a complaint and the governors has a complaint against sister thornly
otto: that's right judge trudy. she doesn't let me read my books and i like reading and she makes me and the kids do chores
random boy 1: she also made us climb the empire state building, made us get coal from the coal mine and we got stung by some bees in the rainforest
random boy 2: and she never lets us have a break and forces us to work and we get whipped we can't even eat healthy foods
govenor 1: not to mention she made the kids stole some wheels of cheese from the presidents basement and there was a sign that said keep out

larry: she is the worst caretaker ever and the kids can die from starvation and getting hurt

judge trudy: now mr. and mrs. bunny it seems you are suing your daughter ruby and her friend louise
mr. bunny: yeah we heard from max that ruby hasn't been nice to him and the girls hasn't been nice to morris either
