love the concept! i would, however, wanna do more with the wirework connecting the washers... make the wire tighter and cleaner, or maybe do some intricate winding since the washers are so simplistic... hmmmm

I had a really tough time coming up with a method that would hold the washers well, but not get in the way. The larger ones worked alright with conforming to the shape, but the smaller ones really didn't like that and wanted to catch. Personally, I was going for the most minimalist sort of binding possible, but there's a place for all sorts of styles.
