Description
This piece was really meant to go to the Minnesota Renaissance Faire but I finished it just in time to go to Dragoncon instead. Well, I guess if it doesn't sell there it will go and no doubt sell there. I am just amazed I got -anything- painted at all!Been wanting to do a Lion couple for awhile. This will pair nicely with my 'Tiger Mates' piece.

A really tiny brush, lots of patience to go and work with the weave of the feather, and acrylic paints. It takes forever, and the bigger feathers are much easier to work with then the songbird ones (which have been the ones I've been working on).
That said, the fact she got such detail out of these things is still amazing.
