so basically this is my original pokemon trainer named Sirius Marcus Leviticus and his main pokemon is actually marshadow but in this picture his starter is decidueye. now u might be thinking if thats supposed to be battle bond decideueye shouldn't it be close to its regular design rather than a complete form change. well you would be right however in my pokemon headcannon story thing battle bond changes the pokemon shape and form to mirror the trainer's persona rather than their outside appearance which is why decidueye looks like that rather than the classic battle bond look. just wanted to draw it with my trainer hope you like it.Related content

Side note:
In my headcanon, if someone Battle-Bonded with Zygarde, Zygarde wouldn't change at all: instead, the trainer would inexplicably gain an awesome suit of armor (via a Power Rangers-style transformation) while Zygarde immediately shifts to 100% form.
