Crimson Ninja - she has: Super Speed/Reflexes, Superhuman agility, Superhuman accuracy, Invisibility, Superhuman Senses, Superhuman Stamina, Superhuman Strength, Unbreakable Kunai forged by Hephaestus himself, Highly Trained in assassination, Stealth, and Ninja Tactics, as well as hand-to-hand, throwing weapons, and Melee combat. also trained in the art of seduction/distraction.
Basically she is a superheroine/Ninja who was trained in the ways of the Kunoichi. She carries a set of extremely durable Kunai with her that can be used via melee or throwing. Possibly other throwing weapons like Shuriken(if I can find some props). She prefers stealth and seduction/distraction over direct combat but she is very good in a fight if she needs to be. She is also a trained assassin and is good at killing if she needs to.
Which also means she would make a good spy too. Yeah, she is talented. Though physically she is not as powerful as Sabrina and my other beauties so she needs to compensate with her other talents.

I don't think that's true. The only reason why there are more female characters is because girls are popular on the internet. I'm going to have a hero (Hailey's brother) here soon and if people don't like him I don't think it'll ne because he's a dude.

The Crimson Conservative (Connie for short) is strong enough to crush concrete into powder with her bare hands and is surprisingly fast for a woman of her size, but Iβm sure Ninja would be able to evade the big behemoth with her reflexes and training.

Ouch! She doesn't know drunken boxing does she? The drunken fist style(Suiken) is very deadly, the speed, flexibility, and unpredictability it grants is very deadly!

No, sheβs more of a barroom brawler/wrestler. She likes to just pound away at people, maybe stomp on their throats with her boot; nothing elegant about the way she deals with enemies.
Iβm sure Crimson Ninja could teach her a thing or two, but Connie is stubborn and dismisses βfancyβ fighting styles.

Nice! Just a straight on, head-to-head grudge match! While looking down on cheap tactics and over-complicated styles and move-sets. Reminds me of the great I saw a bunch of cool fights/boxing/wrestling matches made by artist where the big, powerful wrestler types seem to win usually against the beautiful but relatively fragile opponents. It will be fun to see what happens

I may not have seen as many of them as some fans I know but the ones I seen were pretty epic in my humble opinion. In that particular anime, Byakuya and Kenpachi are among my favorites. Byakuya Kuchiki is Kenpachi's rival, even though their on the same team/side. Byakuya has a very different fighting style then Kenpachi but he is a badass too in his own way - being calm, cool, and collected. Their personality are opposites and its fun to see them interact with one another. He is more your better looking, badass older brother type. If you think its hard to image someone who isn't quite as big, tough-looking, or aggressive could be a badass, I could show you an example of how there are different types of badasses but their still badasses all the same:

These guys are Shinigami Captains.
Let me give you a brief lesson of Bleach 101.
Shinigami = Death Gods/Gods of Death, soul reapers/reapers of souls, call them what you want. Their kinda like the Grim Reaper except there's a whole race of them. They live in another world, its kinda like heaven except its far from peaceful and utopian. Your average Shinigami is invisible to normal humans and far stronger. a normal human could not kill a Shinigami even if they could see them because their spirits and cannot be harmed in the conventional sense. They are capable of fighting and slaying gigantic demon-like monsters, who are far stronger than your average human. However your average shinigami is nothing compared to your average Shinigami Lieutenant, and the lieutenants pale in comparison to the Captains, who seem like Gods in comparison to the lesser beings. Basically Captains = STRONG! However this class of power has a very diverse and large range, where some Captains are alot stronger than others. Byakuya and kenpachi, for instance, are exceptionally powerful among the Captains. Despite their overwhelming strength and potential, they are still very young(Shinigami can live for centuries) so they may be at least a couple or so who are stronger still. One of these stronger captains is the Head Captain - Yamamoto! He is an old guy who is over 2000+ years(if not more). Despite his extreme age, he is ungodly strong. His power is so intense that he can take on two of the oldest senior captains at the same time and still win. Even though the duo are a legendary tag-team who are said to be unmatched when they fight together. Lately it was revealed that he is so powerful that he oould turn himself and his sword as hot as the sun itself - at 15,000,000 (million) degrees Celsius or almost 30,000,000 Fahrenheit. If he uses his power too long, it would dehydrate and destroy the planet he is on.
