Description
This is the Rebellion in Light Mode, a result of the Light Glyph embedded on the sword.

The Light Glyph is the first glyph Luke discovered in Season 1 Episode 4 - Intruder, while on the run from an Owl Beast Eda.

By placing a Glyph on Rebellion, the sword absorbs the magic into it and that glyph becomes part of the blade.

When the Light Glyph activates, the blade turns gold and the edges become engulfed in a coating of light, emitting a radiant aura. In this form, Luke is capable of unleashing holy light-based energy attacks and can split the sword in two, creating double trouble for his enemies.
