The house thingy he's holding in his left hand, that's the Haunted Mansion gingerbread house shown in the Ballroom scene in the Haunted Mansion Holiday.
It's either that or Town Hall from the Nightmare Before Christmas. The thing in his right hand is the Spiral Hill.
