Pelt| Almost perfect seal lynx snow point coloration. Very thick and soft, can become matted very easily.
Eyes| Dirty Blue. [pale blue with some brownish coloration]
Ears/Nose/Paws| Grey-ish pink.

Scent| Ranges from a light meadow spring sort of scent to super warm and musky.
Voice| Very slow and deep, has a slight chuckle to it.

Having grown up as a very pampered kittypet his stats are overall not the best. However he has grown some from his actual apprentice training and has some discovered abilities. Still, he is sorta a disgrace for a RockyClan cat...

Speed, Attack, and Climbing are all rather poor due to his weight. His attacks are slow and his balance shody.
Hunting is decent as long as he doesn't trip over himself.
Intelligence and Swimming is average. He actually quite likes water, and prefers thinking things through.
Defense is his highest stat. This is mostly due to his size and weight more so than actual skill.

Esteem| Some cats of RockyClan destest him for his lazy demeanor. But he seems to not care.

Self Esteem| He has a certain pride that can't be shaken. He doesn't mind what others think of him.

-He really should have stayed a kittypet lmao
-He is mated to Poofbee [Nakeei ] but are under the guise as 'brothers' in the clan [more info in history].

Dreamy, sleepy, and always with his nose pointing to the good life, Softcotton is the king of comfort. He treasures all things happy and tries to bring such peace into other's lives as well. He has a calming aura to him, something like that of a downy blanket that is quick to snuff out aggression. Do not confuse his demeanor as weak however for he is not so easily swayed by strength (that or he outright ignores it). He can seem disassociated at times, sometimes so spacey he might... skimp on his warrior duties, but overall he has a huge heart and wants to encompass all sorts of cats in his 'family'.

[Idealistic] + [Calm] + [Oblivious] + [Romantic] + [Lazy]

|Idealistic|- Softcotton can only see the good in things sometimes. While this may sometimes be his downfall it has lead him to some happy endings, such as joining the clan to be with Poofbee. In this way he is covertly ambitious, fearlessly doing whatever to get himself to his desired state of happiness and peace. This in a way also makes him inadvertently rebellious to the warrior code, for he will follow his heart more strictly. This can be almost humorous given his non-threatening demeanor.

|Calm|- It is rare to see his expression change much from his usual sleepy small smile. Softcotton is not easily fazed by much and may even push off alarming issues if it means keeping his sense of peace safe. He is a slow but careful thinker, and his ability to stay sterile in even the most pressing of circumstances can be enough to find a solution or be his demise had he let the issue persis.

|Oblivious|- He can be very much inside himself sometimes, to the point that he might not notice if you're talking to him. Whether or not it's a hearing issue or caused by his own mental disassociation from reality is up in the air- what really matters is the fact that this often leads him to forget his responsibilities. As with the issue with being overly calm, he may ignore problems.

|Romanitc|- Hazy summer sunsets and beautiful flower crested spring mornings are his ideas of the ideal date. He isn't really the most flirty of cats but he for sure is obsessed with the loving attributes of a relationship. Singing songs and making poetry about his love are some of his favorite pastimes along with simple strolls and cuddling. He is very affectionate, even to those who aren't his mate, and can be overbearing to meeker cats.

|Lazy|- Softcotton straight up doesn't want to move. All the things he loves in life he can do in bed, so why bother? It takes a lot of motivation for him to really get going and even then due to his own spaciness he may not complete a task or may even fall asleep in the middle of it! It's not that he wants to upset his superiors at all, mostly just that he can't help it.

Brief History

[Birth]

His parents were both show cats, one a male maine coon and the other a female bengal. They fell in love and bred to each other despite the dismay of their breeders. The 'accidental' half-breed kits were adopted out to other two-legs because they couldn't be used for show.

[Adoption]

Buddha never knew his parents, but this didn't bother him because his new two-legs were so very loving. He lived a very pampered life and grew up for three years as kittypet. He didn't interact with any other cats and started to grow isolated and alone, despite the love of his family. Hoping for more he began to venture from his home, if only a few feet, dreaming of meeting a 'destiny'.

[Destiny?]

Such surprise came when Buddha noticed another cat behind his gate, a stranger known as Poofbee. From here he learned of the clans and was filled with such wonderment. Promising to return, Poofbee and Buddha met everyday for a while, slowly growing a liking to each other.

It was so exciting for the tom, who knew little more of two-leg ventures, to befriend this 'wild' cat! It wasn't hard for him to fall completely in love, often looking out his window dreaming of his new-found knight. He truly confessed this, and singing out his dedications and giving romantic favors, his words so soft for the warrior. Eventually it was decided that Buddha would return with Poofbee to actually join RockyClan, so they could live together forever.

[Adventure??]

Unfortunately, Vixenstar wasn't known for her acceptance of new members, especially from the likes of kittypets. So with this in mind, Poofbee devised a plan. He and Buddha would present themselves as long lost brothers to the clan. No one could separate family so cruelly?

Amazingly it worked and begrudgingly to the clan, Buddha became Softpaw, an older apprentice so fresh and new to clanlife. He was given Poofbee himself as a mentor to teach him this new way of life and pass down the techniques of hunting and fighting that Softpaw so desperately lacked. Of course with this time alone together the two only furthered their relationship, feeling so free and in love!

Of course they had to keep their romance a secret, for of course they were 'brothers' according to the clan.

[New Year, New Me]

Finally, after many moons, Softpaw finally earned his warrior name as Softcotton. He felt truly a part of his new life and has completely adopted RockyClan culture. Yet secretly he and Poofbee live as mates, so deeply immersed in the other, while keeping their guise of relatives. Life is peaceful and happy for the tom, so long as he can keep his joyous love a secret (which is hard considering he wants to spread the jubilation it to all!).
