This is a sketch for a character from the same story as Kei.
I'm not really into the magical girl stuff and I haven't seen many, but she's something like a magical girl, except that her powers are tech based. The technology is advanced enough and employed in such a way that it looks a lot like magic. This was the idea when project Tetra was on the drawing board. Then marketing found it and wanted it to be the new advertising campaign.
A Tech-magic girl, what an idea. there's a whole lot more to her story, but I'm not going to write it here, yet.
To me her outfit isn't flashy enough, aren't they usually not so simple? And I have no idea what to make he wand look like. I'm still working on her mascot, too.
Just giving people something new to look at.

Oh, EFD means Echo Frazzle Dazzle, her 'magic' girl name.
