The first thing that draws my eye in this image is the large corner of bright-almost over exposed pavement to the bottom right of the frame. It's a bit detrimental as the main focus point should be the boat in the foreground. However, this allows the eye to lead an interesting journey from this area of the composition , across the bridge and onto the boat. If you look at it this way, its as if that lamp post is boarding the boat..
Love the colours and the horizon is sublime. I'm not always a huge fan of the whole blurred motion of boats like this, but i think it works well here, nice work.

I like the slightly out of focus main gondola, it adds a very dreamy feeling to the image.

Lovely photo and composition, the only criticism for me would be the section in the bottom right could do with being a bit less bright as it is mildly distracting. Otherwise, great effort
