Sin duda, porque es absurdo llamar a la democracia, que el poder ejecutivo (el Estado) que debe proteger y garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos, es verdugo y cómplice de la masacre de personas inocentes que se manifiestan por sus derechos.
