Today's the day where the last classic Universal Monster turns 70! Creature from the Black Lagoon was released theatrically on February 12, 1954, which is exactly 70 years ago. The movie was so successful it spawned two sequels: Revenge of the Creature & The Creature Walks Among Us, released in 1955 & 56 respectively.
