Description

Fun fact: If Pixar's 2nd animated feature A Bug's Life was more accurate with insects, the film's protagonist, Flik, who is obviously a worker ant, would end up being a female instead of a male. In real life, all ants in a colony, except the drones (who all have wings) are female. I also decided to give Flik the missing middle legs, as well as a realistically reddish-brown exoskeleton instead of the sky blue like in the actual movie. Additionally, I think it would've been a smarter idea to make Flik female, & him (her in this case) only being friends with Princess Atta instead of in a relationship, that way the plot would be less similar to DreamWorks' Antz. Also, we all know Flik in the actual film was voiced by Dave Foley, but I wonder who would've voiced him if he was female? I'm assuming either Vicki Lewis, Jennifer Tilly, Melanie Griffith, or whoever you think; list your opinion in the comments below.

Flik belongs to Pixar Animation Studios
