Wonderful piece of art!
Most beautiful in this piece are, aside from the drawing style which looks like crayon on fabric, the circlet, background window, backrest of the chair, and the face, and more specifically the facial expression.
There are though, two points of improvement I see: first of, the ratio of Turgon's physique. Especially in the size of his face compared to his head, it makes him look younger, and does not wholly correlate with the gravitas that you managed to lay in his facial expression. The second point of improvement I see is the chair's overall composition. The back of the chair seems to be rotated more towards the viewer than the rest of the chair is.
So all in all, an amazing piece of art, with only some proportional points as improvement, and style, material, and the level of detail as huge boons.
