I vote for color. It gives more interest to the angel's face which is the focal point of the shot im my mind.

I must say, both shots are beautiful, but this one is much more appealing.
It seems as though, with the color one, that the sepia color of age is slowly consuming the photo of the angel, and pretty soon, all she'll be is a memory in a photo.
