Description I colored this lovely lineart in hopes that it may 1) help me to shake of this art block I'm struggling with, 2) pratice my muscle shading, and 3) it was so pretty I couldn't help myself. So there you have it, a simple black mare witha grey mane and tail. Simple, but I like the results.

thanks! I tried a bit of a different style, plus I tried to make it look like the lighting is coming from above off the the left side abit. I have some characters coming up with black colors but hints of another like this! This one is supposed to a purple tinted black if you can tell. The one I'm making for your contest is tinted purple + blue, and my newest stallion is tinted green. I think I'm going through a black phase.
