To me this is a finalist. After reading the rules I still didn't know what they were going after. Did you have this problem as well? eugene

Both of your entries were excellent. I liked the model on the left side of the tunnel even more.
According to the rules weren't these photos meant to be taken for the competition, so how could there be any winter shots allowed? I neglected to enter anything shot before the contest, although after what I saw, it wouldn't have made a difference.

Checking out a fellow tunnel, lol. I really like the colors. I don't know how you did this, but I only use my analog and never really toyed with them after taking them. How'd you do this, or was it done during the shot?

But the good new's is you have a camera

The tunnel had an orange glow to it due to the low light and lack of a white balance point. I just added a layer in Photoshop above the original and converted it to black and white. After that I edited the layer with the erase tool to keep the desired orange areas. I did a little more tweaking to bring out other areas using the same technique.
