illustration to the children's book "Anna - wants to go home"

......“I would like to eat something,” nodded Anna. “But what is here which I could eat?”
“Oh, here are plenty of delicacies available,” croaked the frog. “Look here, the big green shiny meat fly! Those ones are tasting the best!”
Anna was looking with doubt at the big meat fly. “Those ones you can eat?”
“Sure, it´s a proper gala dinner,” answered the frog enthusiastic.
“And even if I wanted to eat such a kind of beast,” said Anna not very convinced that she would like the fly. “How should I catch such a fly? They always fly away too fast!”
“It´s so easy,” replied the frog. “Just let your tongue jump out, and hoops, the fly is already sticking to it. Now you only have to pull it into your mouth.” Uncomprehending Anna looked at the frog.
“Have a look, I will show you. Please, watch me!”
The frog got himself in the right position and spotted the fly which was sitting on a big leave cleaning himself placidly with his legs. Then the frog opened his large jaws, and suddenly his tongue jumped out getting longer and longer until the thick end hit the fly sure of its aim. The insect struggled helpless at the tip of his tongue. With only one sip the frog pulled in his tongue and sucked it down.
“Mm this was delicious!” He shouted. “Now you try it; there is another appetizer!”
Insecure Anna crouched down and tried to focus the fly with her eyes. Then she opened her mouth and let her tongue jump out.
The frog looked at her shaking his head: “It doesn't work like that. You should let it jump much faster and especially much longer!” .....
