Feminism has changed over the years. Sure, it originally was for white ciswomen to be equal to white cismen, but it has changed. Today, Feminism includes everyone; queerfolk, POC, etc. and working to get better things for them; like education, rights, etc. It's understanding there's a massive disproportion of power between race, sex, gender, etc.Β Those who aren't speaking for equality aren't feminists and shouldn't call themselves that. Women wanting more rights/being more privileged than men is not what Feminism is.Β
Sure, call yourself an egalitarian as much as you want, but understand Feminism speaks for the same exact thingsΒ
