1. You definitely have the colors and mane right for pony-Tracer.

2. Her chrono-stabilizer harness could have used more work, since that is such a integral part of her character.

3. Cutie Mark.  I might suggest having her Cutie Mark either being the Britannia Flag, or perhaps the Overwatch symbol, or if you really want to get detailed, the holographic rotating circles that her chronal-stabilizaer harness emits.

So while there is room for improvement; overall, a good work.
