EORAPTOR FINALLY GOT PAINTED!

The source I found said they lived in forests....idk.

I painted them as if they lived in sandy areas or low to the ground. I don't think there were grasses back then, so something the size of a turkey would need to blend in to the forest floor.

I originally designed this for desert, idk why I thought they lived there, but Now looking at it the dapples would serve well in a forest area so IM STILL OK!

I tried to keep it realistic but still add some marking flare, ALL the scaly texture AND spot markings were made with a dino/croc/lizard scale brush I made.
I think its belly looks like a crocodile <3

Fun Fact : Eoraptor lunesis means 'dawn plunderer from the Valley of the Moon'.
