well..i'd suggest you make the main writing..the they are watched one be a bit more bent...like...it's in the pupil after all...it gives me a vortex feel

ooh it's not really a tool...it's ammm...an option..
i'll talk about photoshop to..cuzz it's wayyy easier cs2 (though i don't know any other program that does it lol)
so you select what you want to change and in photoshop tools choose the first one left...the rectangle,right click on the page (while it's still in select mode)and go down to free transform....after that right click on the page again and choose warp
