A huge information desk is manned around the clock in order to answer any questions an arriving or departing guest might have. For arrivals, information on lodgings, entertainment, planetary transport, food, and resorts as well as local laws and customs.

A Federation Consulate field office and a Starfleet substation can be found in the main concourse. Free transport to the many resorts and hotels can be found outside. Numerous transporter chambers dot the terminal for arrivals and departures.
