My buddy Ray Erickson did a "visor" with a chop on a '52 Ford back in the dayΒ  public.fotki.com/Rikster/11_ca… .Β  It looked awesome.

When he did the chop, he didn't cut the windshield down.Β  Instead, he laid it back to get the roof lower.Β  And instead of shortening the roof, all he did was just Leave it the stock length and weld the windshield posts to the roof in the new "laid back" position.Β  I've never seen anybody else do it that way.
