...in the moments before her curse completes it's transformation, Medusa see's the true beauty she was given. It is unfortunate, her realization of the truth comes to her only too late.

Mixed Media completed in Corel X. Stock Photo's arranged for reference, and used as "sketch base" for starting point. Additional layers with soft and detail airbrushes, soft and some light opacity oil blenders as well as light charcoals.

This piece seemed to take gobs of time. It would be nice to make the perfect piece come to fruition in a two day period every time... but. This labor of love has taken approx 4 months. stock acknowledgment:
