Palkia, the Spatial Pokémon. The counter part to both Dialgia and Giratina. Where as Dialgia is over time, Palkia is over Space. With every breath, space is said to be more stable. That is, according to legends that is. This is one of the four parts of the 'Spear Pillar' drawings I've done. The other other two will come later on in the project.
