Description
The Arcanicus Mechana, a secret society of technologically enhanced roses, their society combined the mystical properties of magic with the wonders of technology, their home is on Phobos, one of Mars’s moons, and are protected by the UPDF, who discovered them along with the Martian society on mars. Scar has hired them to develop many of the UPDFs heavier weapons and vehicles, and has started several secret projects, unknown to even his allies with the help of these roses.
