I don't think you guys have seen her before, but this is Chiffon, a side OC of mine. She has existed for pretty long, but I never managed to draw her. Or I did, but only as sketch xD
Anyway, Chiff is a 2nd year fairy from Linphea. Her powers are cloths and fabrics, which automatically make her a real fashionista. She has a natural sense of style, which is what gives her a little popularity, but really, she's a shy and hesitant person.
I don't know what else to say about her. She's seen quite much around with ~Silencelabyrinth 's Cara, but otherwise she is "just" a background character. I'm afraid you won't see her very often, but here she is ^^

Mmmm... the effect can be quite tricky to do, but what I did was just trying to layer/blend the two colours. I did this with my markers, and they've quite strong colours, so a fluent blending can be hard to make. If you are working with colour pencils, it should be easier

Uhm, well, she sews a lot already! Her room is filled with mannequins and such :3 But I don't know if she'd choose to be an actual designer. She has the talent for it, but she doesn't like to be in the light ^^

I really love such a type of top and this one has some of my favorite designs ideas - 'jabot' frills and flowing hem <<<3
And you got a wonderful idea to make outfit gradient! 
Hopefully you someday will draw her enchantix! It natually means to be incredible, counting Chiffon's fashion taste)

XD Well... I wanted something flowy for her and now I realized that all of my winx OCs are wearing something dress like in the first transformation, but I'm ok with that X)
Heheh, I just couldn't see the shorts being vanilla so I had to make up something xD About 1st transformations you really shouldn't worry much about the design, they usually are quite simple, but I've seen Prima's and it's wonderful, so don't tell me you haven't fantasy1 xD
Maybe someday? I don't have much time to work on her, and she's a 2nd year for now, but I'll keep the idea in mind

Oh, it's not so noticable : P I mean, remembering the other 2 outfits, they don't look alike despite they have a flowing element :3
But the idea to take yellow/vanilla as one of the colors is really good ^^ If we look at Chiffon's (btw, what's the short version of her name? Chiff?

That is true and I don't mean to change any of them, but it was kinda fun when I realized it XD
Actually the marker I used was labelled vanilla; you've got a great sight! XD I'm really happy to hear that because I was very unsure of her colours. I mean, with her quite dark colour scheme I can't stick her into any darker colours, so they had to be light. I was very unsure about the lilac, but I think this works :3

Aly? They aren't supposed to look like each other, Chiff has Flora/Musa styled eyes while Aly has some more open and wide ones XD
