Description
This is a character, I've mentioned a couple of times already. I finally finished a picture of her. So, this is Circi, the second OC I did while being on holiday. She's a fairy of, beware, circuses and fun fairs, and she's from *LeLocoKoko 's planes Astucia.
As you might see on her design, she's heavily Nightwish inspired, especially by their newest album, Imaginaerum. I've got her bio half-written, so you'll have to wait for that for a longer description of her, if I started here, I'd never finish xD

There are no highlights. Her original hair is pink, but she dyed it black, that's why I wanted a slightly unnatural black for her

I love her skin color *_* Seriously where do you find these amazing skin color schemes? We usually expect a pinky pale skin from a character with such dark hair, but this is definitely something innovative. I'm sure this skin color with black hair looks much better than this skin color with pink hair, I even hardly imagine it. And NAILS! You drew NAILS! I haven't seen nails on Winx for ages
I can say for sure that Circi is one of the most original OCs among those who have black hair. She has very beautiful eyes, especially with these eye shadows and lips color *_* I'm glad it didn't take you as long to draw Circi as me and Milla xD

Exactly! :3 I wanted her hair to be 100% pure black, because Safiyah has a dark, dark brown and I didn't want their hair to be too alike. Plus Circi's hair colour is dyed, so it's supposed to look at least a little unnatural xD However I'm thinking if she has some fancy hairstyles, I will outline her hair in dark blue so the hairstyle is visible XD

Prima and Chiffon would TOTALLY paint nails together. It would make Chiffon relax and sit down for a while XD It would be useful for Euphemia, but she bites her nails, so nothing to paint there xD

I wouldn't call it dirty, to me it looks like yellow-ish brown ;3 But 'dirty' is definitely shorter than 'yellowish brown' : )
I actually never understood how can you bite nails. But Eu can paint them with mustard or tar so they wouldn't be tasty

I absolutely love her! Totally didnt realize this, but maybe the majority of those from the sector Circi is from Hystero; they have dark hair and pink eyes... that would explain more to why El wants to leave Darcio (she is actually like her mother who was from Hystero) XDDD
