These are Zia and Zoey, they are a conjoined twin that loved each other.

But then, Zoey infected by a disease that almost killed her. Weirdly enough she didn't die because of the virus. The disease makes her skin rotten and turn green, also infecting her other organs. She would be dead, but the virus won't let her dead because this virus giving her fast regeneration ability. The virus also infecting her brain making her lost some of her ability like talking and emotion control like a zombie. But, she still has human part in her brain.

On the other hand, Zia is somehow immune to this disease making the virus unable to infecting her body.

So Zia's body remain normal while Zoey's body becomes like a zombie. But, they still love each other.
