Oh! Yes, indeed I do! ^_^ (after all, I have one! ^^)
At the top of your page, you should see a little house that says "groups". click that, and there should be a button on that page that says "create group". click that, and fill out your group name and such. Once you do, you need to wait for it to be approved by dA (I'm sure it will be). After that, you're set to go! ^_^
