This guy is a stardust briar, some might know from the lore that briarlings contain varying amounts of magic in them.
This classification will be more like mages in how they are seen, they are able to harness their magic to some degree for various uses.

The magic overflow generally leaks from their eyes but in some cases can spill from their ears as well.
To combat this some have taken to wearing specially crafted accessories or armour with enchantments to control it.
