I was watching the first episode of Tsubasa chronicles & decided to draw princess Sakura. She looks more like the child Sakura from the card captor though..Oh well..They're the same anyway The clothes' design is mine XDI choose the right paper this time but not the right marker for the lines...when I added the water it got all messed up..XD But it made a nice texture X'D

I first give a light shade so I have a rough idea ...After that I draw more dark lines in the dark parts (with watercolor pencils)..And smooth them with a small brush filled with water. I repeat the same thing until I add the darkest color 8'D

i always want to make my art look smoother but i don't own watercolor pencil
is this apply to the normal color pencil?

If you have soft color pencils you can do it by smudging it with your finger ;3

That's even better 8'D.. It won't ruin it if you make the line-art with a ball-point pen and keep it clean.
