Haha they explain it badly in an episode where his mother is pregnant, and she gives birth to a small parka'd boy at the end of the episode and they name him Kenny, and claim it's happened 52 times XD

Eh, I swear everyoen gets made fun of at one point. My name is Jeannie so I had to grow up with the "jeannie in a bottle" joke forever. Also, Jeannie the Weenie somehow developed, too. This was all before South Park even existed, so consider yourself lucky.
