Ligtning allows any shade of Yellow primary allong with some pale blues. Fire adds the ability to have red, orange, and deep purple markings.
(You can if you wish to make him a mage... but magic is actually one of the weakest forces in Rift Seekers Saga and fails in 70% of the worlds in RSS)

They use nano-bots for other things, their are medical ones but they leave the blood stream when done with the healing.
They do have a good reason to ban such experiments.
He can be made the Seeker of Metal because he would be chosen by the blade, Blades can break rules.

Civilians use simple weapons and do not usually have any form of magic or spiritual manipulation.
Elites are the Dark Circle's top fighters, other than Generals or the Ten, they have been enhanced through their Dark Lords power and are devastating in combat. Think of any good offensive skills for them to have and moderate defensive.
