Entree for RusCSI 's contest
NOTE (His scales are supposed to black... but I only had a standard #2 pencil...
. Just count it as black because I meant it to be black but my pencil sucks)I love the scythe
I had to decorate it XD You can change whatever you like about it!
Sadly my pencil set sucks and so does my moms scanner (my good scanner fried... so I had to use second best)
I hope you like it anyway!

No, beccause it was based on RusCSI's concept sketch as were all the other designs in the contest. So it would be to close and it not my original concept, So I can not use him in RSS.

Ya, because the power level = Dark Circle Elite.
Mercenaries have no faction and switch to whoever currently pays best XD
And Factionless is not united, they are people without a side but they don't work together either.
