Hm yes, the hat, the hairclips, and the wig really bug me. ):

The hat I actually picked up from a CVS and stitched the symbol on (it's pink fleece which i find nice because it doesn't fray and has quite a bit of give to it so sewing it is easy and you don't have to worry about warping the shape of your hat).
The hairclips are Model Magic, which i just molded into the shape, dried, painted, and then glued them to some barrettes.
The wig is purchased from eBay, the seller CosplayDNA [link] and from all the places i've bought wigs before (lol that number is too many!) i have to say i REALLY love the quality of their wigs. They're soft, thick, and just super lovely!

Just wanted to excuse my older selve for not even complimenting you guys on your amazing costumes. Everything looks super accurate. I really like your wig too, it seems like a great match for Dawn's hair.
What I absolutely love is the setting, it looks so dark, cold and wintery. Yet very mysterious and pretty. I also like the composition of the cosplayers, everything works out very well!
