Concept technical 6 view profile drawing of the Carrier Based Multi-role Two Seats Strike Fighter version.
This version showing its full Enclosed Weapon Pods Assault operation, with sets of Air to Air missiles for self defences.

Design
The Boeing F/A-18H/I Advanced Super Hornet was created as a stop-gap to fill a void created due to deficiencies in the F-35 Lightning II program,
utilizing existing off the shelf technologies and adapting elements from the Joint Strike Fighter program along with input from current pilots the Advanced Super Hornet now possesses abilities that allow it to rightfully be called a 5th generation fighter, the airframe allows countries already using Hornet aircraft and even those who do not to seamlessly upgrade their arsenals allowing them to posses cutting edge features such as:

Redesigned Pratt and Whitney F119 thrust vectoring engines which allow to aircraft to perform at a level similar to the F-22 with a sustained turn rate of 28 degrees per second giving the aircraft the ability to utilize it's high-alpha nature beyond what it is normally capable of allowing for super-cruise, longer range and loiter time, and a lower infrared signature. A small redesign tailerons for compensate the thrust vectored nozzles performance.

Next generation RAM coating giving the aircraft a “LO” ability protecting it in contested airspace, coupled with a Special Low observable conformal fuel tanks (CFT), and an enclosed weapons pod from Boeing, allow the aircraft to conduct strike mission with increased pilot safety.

Upgrades
Sensor fusion featuring modified AN/APG-81 AESA radar and Electro-Optical Targeting System from the F-35 giving the aircraft unprecedented long range sensing ability, targeting, tracking, this package allows the aircraft to simultaneously use the AIM-120D at ranges over 100 miles on radar against multiple targets and the SDB unit visually against targets over 50 miles, it also allows the pilot to communicate information to other aircraft, troops, and drones via data-link, the pilot also has the JHMCS linked with AIM-9X to give high off-bore sight air-to-air combat ability to the pilot. Improved ground-attack capability through synthetic aperture radar mapping and radio emitter direction finding, electronic attack and the GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb (SDB).

Consider it sold.  Congress will be appropriating the funds shortly.  The Commander-In-Chief thinks it's fabulous!

This is a very good rendition of an Advanced Hornet. It would go nicely with the F-15X in real life.

Doesn't the super hornet not have the sidewinders drooping downwards as opposed to the previous models?

It does...the sidewinders were slight dropping downwards.
