well, there needs to be clear permission listed or the staff will ultimately remove the submision as a violation. furthermore, if it is already submitted then why submit it yet again?

What if the members themselves wanted to submit their art again to the club? They sent notes wanting their works to be put up into the club's gallery.
But if that's still consider a violation even the members wanted it, we will remove all the arts from this club's gallery.

so long as the permission to submit is clearly defined in the description then the PVA's wont bother you.

its a club, its just bringing in art from other people on one subject into one place... so it technically is the same, but as you can see there are links to the original for proper kudos to the artist... consider it a museum or something. *notices the name*
