I like this pic, The look of Anxiety on her face is expressed well.

I kind of think this could happen next as an add-on to you version of events.

-Luigi gave his life to stop Mecha Sonic from hurting Daisy and getting the last chaos emerald, Just as she had seen in her dreams.

Because of this Daisy uses the emerald and trys to avenge Luigi's death and attacked Mecha Sonic.

Though she put up a better fight that he had expected, she is defeted by Mecha Sonic, even so Daisy still refused to give up the emerald she still held and Mecha Sonic prepares to finish her off and take it from her.

Luigi, who lay dying during the battle could feel the emeralds power within Daisy and the same recurring visions she had of Daisy's death at Mecha Sonic's hand and of his ascension, he could hear himself calling out to Daisy and her calling out his, then cut out by Mecha Sonic's laugh, gunfire and Daisy's dying scream, he heard himself shouting Daisy's name and then silence.

Then something happens to Luigi, something from deep within himself awoke because of the vision and responded to the emerald Daisy held, Then the location they were in was was engulfed by a greenish white light that burst from luigi, throwing Mecha Sonic away from Daisy and himself.

When Mecha Sonic recovered from the blast he looked back to see where the powerfull light had come from, he was met with a powerfull glare from demonic looking Luigi who stood between Daisy and The 7th emerald and himself.-

Its just an idea i Thought of because of your picture and of what happening in SMBZ. It would be good if this attualy happenes but i doubt it will ....sigh....

Wait, I've seen this pic before! So you drew it. That's a good edit. I like the jewel, I mean Chaos Emerald. Makes me wonder why nobody comments when they just and run. <.<;

Anyway, regarding your take on "not wanting to color," I've been there too. Wouldn't color a single pic...until I learned quicker ways of coloring. (Illustrator + PS) Your drawings are clean and have pencil shadings, so personally speaking, I'm sure they'll look great in color.
