Description
Commission for StarryKnightPixie of a custom staff/scepter for her Sailor Moon OC, Rena. I will never not take an excuse to work on Rena :3c This is actually the second design I did for it. I started cleaning up the first sketch, decided I hated it, and decided to redo it.
Learned from this that I am not charging nearly enough for these kinds of commissions orz
