I like to think this was the very first meeting between the VK gang and UA, probably Deku, anyway the gang survives off being feared and intimidating. Did a good job I’ll say. Weakness means Death in their lives, and to be weak is to be targeted, so they always have a mask of villainy and evil. Until they know for sure certain people can be trusted.
