I have the same issue, I can do the main figure, but backgrounds... without all those fancy do it for me CS5 brushes with trees and buildings and all that, I mine as well shoot myself xD

but it's true though! for example, Lucky star, THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME FREAKING FACE AND EVERYTHING. If they all wore black contacts, shaved their heads (and eye brows), removed their breasts somehow, and didn't talk, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference!
