Magski Petrov, a.k.a Numbuh 99.99, is Numbuh Mega Fat 1,000's right hand man, a member of the GKND Decommissioning Squad, and second in command.

Throughout the series, he speaks with a Russian accent and like most Russian characters from other cartoons, he speaks broken English.

Personality:
Despite being mostly gentle and calm, he often yells and shouts due to losing his inner voice at a younger age.

He is also sensitive at times, as stated in "Operation: M.Y.S.T.E.R.Y." as his feelings get hurt whenever he gets called by his real name by Numbuh Mega Fat 1,000 (presumbley implying that he prefers to be called by his codename), and dark and creepy places make him emotional and violant (this could also mean that he is nyctophobic).

History:
Magski was born and raised in Russia. While in school at age 6, he learns about the GKND from another student (who was an alien GKND operative in human disguise) in science class. After catching on with them, Magski asks to join.

After getting recruited to the GKND at age 7, he was assigned to the GKND Decommissioning Squad and became the right hand man of Numbuh Mega Fat 1,000 until the season 2 finale. He also got his younger brother Areni to join the GKND.

Trivia:
His real name was revealed in "Operation: M.Y.S.T.E.R.Y.".
