I believed I promised you some real drawings? Well here's one. I finally finished my drawing of King....well, I deemed it finished and gave it to Maria and Wahid, I don't think its done...I could have done more I just know it.

For those of you who don't know King was a dog I used to train, I'd known him for three years. Three months ago to this day, 8-9-10, he passed away. He had cancer that just spread to rapidly, there was pretty much nothing to be done. He was one of the sweetest dogs, and one very dear to me and I miss him alot, its hard to think of him or see him without wanting to cry, so as you can imagine drawing him wasn't always so easy. His memory is still so fresh I sometimes have to catch myself when I'm about to say something like 'thats what king does' rather than 'thats what king did'. Wahid and Maria were his owners, and once I heard the news of his cancer I started this drawing, so its been four or five months and I've just now finished it, I didn't spend THAT long on it its just that I never made the time to work on it.

King was the type of dog where he just touched everyone who met him, they instantly fell in love. He had quite the personality, he was always a good dog, and his eyes could just look into your soul. He is and always will be deeply missed...RIP.

Drawing wise....I don't draw many dogs and therefore I'm not so good at them, and I really didn't want to do all the fur on the neck so that part is very rushed but I did try hard on the face and eyes and mouth. It took a lot of time and detail, I definitely spent over 5 hours on this I guess but I don't really keep track. There's some proportion errors I know...but like I said I don't draw them often so this was a big project for me. I was trying to create a ghostly dreamy look with the background gradient thing....
