Luckily, Ahri had so such problem having another kitsune under her wing, no tail. However, to Ahri's surprise. Kodaka does not take after Maya's love for the spotlight.
Fortunately, Maya revealed how she's worked around this issue by fusing with Kodaka in the past.
And before long, the stage was graced by the combined and kitsune bound presence of Kodahri.
