Core!Frisk began to cry black tears, when they landed on the floor after Inks attack. But not only because of herphysical pain, but also because Ink sliced their friendship. It doesn't mean that Core!Frisk doesn't want to be friends anymore, they just noticed that Ink sees them as an enemy, and that makes them sad.
